Mission Statement

How can I request special housing if I have a disability? Rutgers University provides reasonable housing accommodations to students with documented disabilities. If you have a disability and want to request housing accommodations you must submit a completed Disability Accommodation Request Form (DARF) to your Coordinator for the Concerns of Students with Disabilities. If you do not know how to contact your Coordinator, please call at your very first opportunity, the Office of Disability Services at (732)932-2848. For more info on Rutgers Housing for students with disabilities Click Here.

You should still complete your application for housing and return it by the deadline specified, even if you complete the DARF to request special housing.

*Click Here to view / print out the DARF form. A committee reviews all Disabilities Accommodation Request Forms. Questions about the review process should be directed to the Office of Disability Services at (732)932-2848.

You will need Acrobat Reader to view
