The Division of Housing and Conference Services staff welcomes you to the residence halls and apartments of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Housing is available for undergraduate students and graduate students, including students with special needs and married graduate students.
During your stay at the university, your residence hall or apartment will mean many things to you. Residence Life can contribute to your academic achievement as well as your social and recreational life. More than a place to live and study, university housing will provide you with the opportunity to associate with your peers-young men and women who share your interests.
This Undergraduate Residents' Guide describes the facilities, policies and procedures, and services that we hope will be of assistance and interest to you. Please read it thoroughly and feel free to call your local Housing Office with any questions.
Housing policies change periodically. Although we update our website regularly, this section may not contain the latest, most up-to-date information. Please call us if you have questions or concerns.
